In the Elizabethan manner, possibly incorporating 16th century elements, worked using tent stitch in coloured wools and silk, depicting a central fruit-laden tree occupied by a thrush, flanked on either side by urns issuing abundant floral bouquets, before a fine house and gardens populated with animals including rabbits, a fox and a foraging chicken, museum glazed, framed, dimensions including the frame 47cm high, 101.8cm wide.
