Thought to represent a series of Cardinal and Theological Virtues rather than saints, although their identities remain ambiguous. Each standing in a domed aedicula, atop a fluted plinth. Their attributes are as follows: 1. heart in the right hand, 2. reed or spear in the left hand, 3. a tower in the left hand with a dragon emerging from it, 4. a coronet in the right hand, framed.
